1. Payment Methods & Security

Ladycare is committed to providing a secure and seamless transaction experience for all our customers. We use PayU India, a leading and SSL-certified payment gateway, to ensure your financial data is encrypted and 100% secure. We do not store your full card details or banking passwords on our servers.

We accept the following payment modes:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, and RuPay.

  • Net Banking: Available for all major Indian banks.

  • UPI & Wallets: Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, and other recognized wallets.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for all serviceable pin codes.

2. Membership & Fees

Membership to Ladycare is free on your first purchase. You only pay for the products you purchase and any applicable shipping or convenience fees, which will be explicitly shown during checkout.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms

To ensure a smooth delivery process, the following terms apply to Cash on Delivery orders:

  • Serviceability: The COD option is available for most locations. Our system will automatically detect if your pin code is eligible during checkout.

  • Refusal of Service: Ladycare reserves the right to disable the COD option for user accounts with a high return rate or a history of refusing deliveries at the doorstep.

  • Payment: Cash must be handed over to the delivery partner at the time of delivery. We do not accept demand drafts or cheques for COD orders.

4. GST and Pricing

  • Inclusive Taxes: All product prices listed on the Ladycare website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of the Goods and Services Tax (GST).

  • Tax Variation: The final tax amount may vary slightly depending on the shipping destination and state-specific regulations, but this will not affect the final price you pay.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

  • Returns: If you return a product (subject to our Return Policy), the GST amount collected will be refunded along with the product cost. However, shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Cancellations: If you cancel an order before it has been shipped, the entire amount (Product Cost + GST + Shipping Charges) will be refunded to your source account.

6. Payment Failures & Security Checks

  • Failed Transactions: If your card or account was not charged, it may be due to a connection failure or insufficient balance. Please check your bank account before retrying.

  • Verification: To ensure security, Ladycare may request identity proof (such as a government ID) for high-value transactions or if suspicious activity is detected. We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear fraudulent.
