Return & Exchange Policy

1. Introduction

This Return and Refund Policy (“Policy”), together with the Terms of Use, sets out the procedures for cancelling, returning, and exchanging products purchased on the Ladycare platform. By placing an order, you agree to the terms listed below.

2. Return & Exchange Windows

To ensure a smooth customer experience, Ladycare offers specific timeframes for returns and exchanges:

  • Return Window: You can initiate a return within 7 days of the delivery date.

  • Exchange Window: You can initiate an exchange request for eligible products only within 15 days of the delivery date.

  • Exceptions: Certain promotional events or specific products may have different return windows, which will be clearly mentioned on the product page.

3. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

For a request to be accepted, the product must meet the following mandatory conditions:

  1. Unused & Unwashed: The product must be in its original condition with no signs of wear, soil, washing, or damage.

  2. Tags Intact: All MRP tags, brand tags, and barcodes must be attached and undamaged.

  3. Original Packaging: The product must be returned with all original accessories, free gifts, and packaging.

  4. No Alterations: The product should not be altered or modified.

4. Non-Returnable Items (Hygiene Clause)

Due to strict hygiene standards and the intimate nature of our products, Ladycare does not accept returns or exchanges for the following categories:

  • Briefs, Panties, and Innerwear (including those in multi-packs).

  • Shapewear (if tried on or used).

  • Accessories (Masks, Sunglasses, Socks).

  • Perfumes and Personal Care products (if opened).

  • Gift Cards and Gift Wrapping Services.

  • Products purchased during "Final Sale" or BOGO (Buy 1 Get 1) offers.

Note: If a non-returnable item is returned to us, the return will be rejected, and the item will be sent back to you.

5. Refund Policy

Once your return reaches our facility, it will undergo a Quality Check (QC). Refunds are initiated only after the product passes this inspection.

A. Refund Timelines & Methods:

  • Prepaid Orders: The refund amount will be credited back to the original source of payment (Credit Card/Debit Card/UPI/Wallet) within 3–7 business days after QC approval.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: The refund will be credited to your Ladycare Wallet for future purchases. You must have a registered account to access these credits.

  • Shipping Charges: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

B. Deductions:

  • Reverse Shipment Fee: A fee of up to ₹100 may be deducted from the refund amount for excessive returns or specific reverse pickup requests.

6. Pickup & Shipping

  • Process: Once your return request is approved, our courier partner will schedule a pickup within 3–5 business days.

  • Self-Ship: In certain pin codes where reverse pickup is unavailable, you may be required to self-ship the product to our warehouse. Valid shipping costs will be reimbursed upon verification.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  1. Please report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.

  2. Share clear photos of the product and packaging via email at support@ladycare.in or WhatsApp at +91-22-40583344.

  3. After verification, a replacement or priority refund will be issued.

8. GST & Taxes

  • Refunds: If you return a product, the GST amount collected for that item will be refunded.

  • Cancellations: If you cancel an order before shipment, the entire amount (Product Cost + GST + Shipping Charges) will be refunded.
